Ryan Scherber
Tuba and Euphonium Faculty, Joint Music Program
Introduction
Dr. Ryan V. Scherber is assistant professor of music education and director of bands at Case Western Reserve University. His duties include music education coursework, observation of student teachers, and ensembles. In addition to his duties with CWRU, Scherber serves as instructor of tuba and euphonium for the Joint Music Program at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Scherber’s research interests include teacher preparation, nonverbal communication, pitch perception and classroom management models.
